Então coloque a linhaça no liquidificador, triture bem e despeje em uma bacia junto com a farinha de arroz e o fermento. Coloque no liquidificador os ovos, o iogurte, sal, gengibre, noz moscada e  óleo, bata e jogue sobre a farinha. Mexa até incorporar. A massa fica bem leve, meio areada. Mas ele ficou mais branquinho, cheiroso e sem gosto forte de gengibre ou nos moscada. Ele se desmancha mais fácil também por causa da farinha de arroz. O sabor é muito bom. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Mas pão sem gluten tem duas fases: saído do forno e o dia seguinte. Farinha de arroz não dá liga (teria que usar goma xantana que ainda não encontrei). Não tinha todos os ingredientes no recheio e improvisei: carne moída e repolho refogados da hora do almoço e uma lata de creme de leite. &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A massa, o mais importante é assim:&lt;div&gt;1 1/2 x de chá de polentina,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 colheres de sopa de margarina,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 ovo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Amasse tudo,junte 1 colher de sopa de água se precisar para ficar uma massa ligada.Forre o fundo e lateral de uma forma de fundo falso,coloque o recheio e leve prá assar . Não tinha forma&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; de fundo solto, foi de Marinex mesmo. A massa é pouca, então para uma torta grande faça duas medidas Eu mudaria a meia xícara a mais por uma de fubá. Daí hoje, resolvi inventar novamente. Tô ficando perigosa! rsrsr Vamos a receita:&lt;br /&gt;Pizza da Val:&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo de óleo&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo de leite&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 copo de polvilho doce&lt;br /&gt;1 copo de fubá mimoso&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa cheia de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em uma vaisilha, coloque primeiro os liquidos (ovos, leite, óleo) depois vá mexendo e acrescentando os secos. Unte uma forma com margarina e despeje a massa. A massa fica bem molinha, por isso sua forma de pizza tem alguma profundidade. A minha no caso é uma Marinex GRANDE.Leve para assar em forno médio por uns 15 a 20 min. Torta! rsrs Lembrei que a Tamara &lt;a href="http://planetaemagrecimento.blogspot.com/2008/09/torta-salgada-da-tamara-sem-glten.html"&gt;tinha uma receita&lt;/a&gt; e mandei brasa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;Vamos a ela:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;4 ovos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 xícara de azeite extra virgem ou 1/2 tablete de manteiga. &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;(coloquei óleo mesmo!)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 xícara de leite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 xícara de farinha de arroz ( Creme de arroz, Arrozina -&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt; usei arrozina&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 xícara de fubá.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 xícara de maizena.&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;(não tinha, rsrs coloquei mais uma de fubá rsrs)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 pacotinho de queijo ralado -&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt; (não tinha rsrs)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;1 colher bem cheia de fermento em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;uma pitada de sal &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;(por minha conta)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Bati tudo no liquidificador, despejei na forma e coloquei o frango desfiado e uma caixa de seleta de legumes. Depois coloquei  fatias de apresuntado e mussarela, tomate fatiado e orégano. Forno médio por uns 30 min.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;Na hora que saiu do forno ela estava bem fofa, até tive a impressão que deveria ter posto mais recheio. Depois de umas horas, ela ficou úmida. Para vc ter uma idéia, a forma era grande e foi a metade. Todo mundo aqui em casa comeu. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both; text-align:LEFT"&gt;Hoje pela manhã, o sabor de fubá era mínimo. Comecei a fazer meu pãozinho de sempre, vi que faltou polvilho para completar e resolvi inventar moda.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vamos a receita do Pão da Val:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 xícaras de polvilho doce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara de fubá mimoso&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3 colheres de sopa de linhaça triturada&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 3 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 pitada de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-100 gramas de iogurte natural&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 xicara de óleo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 colher de sopa cheia de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- tomate seco (desidratado, sem óleo) picado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;O de sempre: liquidos no liquidificador, mistura com os sólidos em um recepiente. A primeira vez que fiz o pão pulou fora da caneca! rsrs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ele não vai dourar viu? Fica branquinho ou amarelinho se for com fubá. A Anna me passou hoje que a porção recomendada é a metade deste pão. Fiz as contas e ele tem 200 cal!! Então tem que ser meio mesmo e não dá para fazer sempre por causa do ovo.
